Opening Photo Files in AOL
Dale from Victorville, CA asked how he could send out photos to the parents of the kids in his Cub Scout Troop. Most of his recipients use
AOL.
The two best suggestions I have:
1- Make sure the AOL users your emailing have upgraded to the latest version of AOL. If they aren't running AOL 5.0, they can upgrade by
typing keyword "upgrade," then follow the upgrade steps.
2- Encourage them to download Winzip for PC's, www.winzip.com
or Expander for the Mac, www.aladdinsys.com
These programs help to open up unknown file formats.
